That’s because Home Essentials customers enjoy the benefits of having one plan that protects them from unexpected repair costs and volatile gas prices. Our unique Home Essentials plan gives them one set monthly bill that takes care of it all.

Home Essentials features:

  • Coverage for all repairs to one furnace (or boiler), central air conditioner and water heater — parts and labor included, up to $400 per incident in repairs or replacement; up to $2,000 per year.
  • Coverage for all their natural gas costs.

Home Essentials is not currently open for new enrollments.
